1Acceptance of Terms & Scope

These Terms of Service govern the enrollment, classroom participation, academic evaluation, and use of study materials provided by Kaulguds Academy ("the Academy") at its center in Aundh, Pune, Maharashtra. By registering a student or submitting an enrollment form, parents or legal guardians agree to these terms.

2Admissions, Batch Allocation & Prerequisites

• Eligibility: Admission to Foundation (8th–10th), Board (11th & 12th), JEE, NEET, and MHT-CET coaching batches is based on prerequisite academic criteria and diagnostic assessment scores.
• Small-Batch Capacity: To ensure high faculty-student interaction, batches are intentionally restricted in size. Seats are confirmed upon receipt of enrollment forms and fee installments.
• Batch Timings: While the Academy endeavors to maintain stable timetables, adjustments may occasionally occur to accommodate school exam schedules or national holiday calendars.

3Classroom Conduct & Student Discipline

To maintain an environment conducive to serious learning:

• Attendance & Punctuality: Students are expected to arrive punctually for lectures and test sessions. Any planned absence must be communicated in advance by parents.
• Mobile Phone Policy: Mobile phones and distracting digital devices must remain in silent or switched-off mode during lectures and examinations.
• Mutual Respect: Respectful behavior towards teachers, laboratory instructors, administrative staff, and fellow students is strictly required. Any form of harassment, bullying, or disruption will lead to disciplinary review.
• Homework & DPPs: Timely completion of Daily Practice Problems (DPPs), revision worksheets, and NCERT assignments is a mandatory component of our academic curriculum.

4Fee Schedules & Installments

• Tuition fee details, examination fees, and study material allocations are communicated transparently in writing during admissions consultation.
• Parents electing installment payment structures must adhere to the agreed schedule dates. Official stamped receipts are provided for all payments made.
• Any requests regarding batch transfer or mid-session withdrawal must be submitted in writing to the administrative desk and are subject to institutional guidelines.

5Intellectual Property & Proprietary Material

All educational content provided by Kaulguds Academy—including conceptual theory booklets, curated problem sets, Mudra System evaluation matrices, mock test questions, and solutions—is the exclusive intellectual property of Kaulguds Academy:

• Materials are provided exclusively for the enrolled student's personal study.
• Reproduction, digital scanning, unauthorized distribution, or posting of Academy materials to online repositories or social media without written consent is strictly prohibited.

6Academic Performance & Mentorship

While Kaulguds Academy provides exceptional faculty guidance, rigorous testing, and personal doubt resolution, competitive exam success depends substantially on the student's individual consistency, attendance, and self-study discipline. Past ranks and topper results cited in academy publications reflect historical achievements of our students and are not guarantees of future individual scores.

7Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with Academy services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
